Yes, you read that correct… I repair credit for FREE!  Why do you ask?  I’ll tell you!

Over the years there have been many people that have come to me wanting to buy a house.  They’ve done the rent thing for years and years and know that buying a house is the better option.  There are many reasons to buy a house and I can go into that when we speak.

When buying a house, most people need a lender that will give them a loan in order to buy the house.  To obtain a loan, the lender will want to know how likely you are to repay the money they let you borrow.  If you are a high risk, meaning your credit history shows you are not the best at paying back money you borrow, chances are, lenders will decline your loan.

So how to lenders know if I am high risk or low risk to get a loan?  This all is determined by your MIDDLE credit score.  There are 3 main credit bureaus; Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.  Each bureau will give you a credit score and each score will be a different number.  The lenders will look at your middle score as what they use for your credit rating.  For example:

  • Experian = 654
  • Equifax = 672
  • TransUnion = 620

Your middle score would be Experian at 654.

Currently the lowest (middle score) that is acceptable for lenders to approve a loan is 580.  However most lenders will need to see at least a 620.  Obviously, the higher the score, the better.  By the way, the maximum score is 850.

If you run your credit report and find that your middle score is lower than 580, you will not qualify to get a loan and therefore need credit repair services.  This doesn’t mean you are a bad person or that you don’t pay your bills, it simply means you are going to need to credit repair services which can raise your credit scores.  If your credit scores are anything above 620, you really do not need credit repair services.

There are many companies out there that charge for credit repair services.  Some charge $100 per month.  Others I have seen charge $50 per item they remove from your report, for EACH report!  If you have one item removed from all 3 credit bureaus, they charge $50 x 3 = $150!

Once I receive a copy of your credit report, I will get started right away on getting your credit repaired.  Most of the time I have several questions for you that you will probably have easy answers to.  It’s really just about certain items on your report.  Once I have all the information I need, I get to work for you!  This credit repair process usually takes around 2 months.  Sometimes it happens in a couple weeks and sometimes it takes longer than 2 months.  Every situation is different and we will work together to get your credit repaired.
