You will submit a Funding Checklist form, along with the supporting documentation from the transaction.  We will then instruct the title company to pay you directly the commission, minus the $215 transaction fee.

Yes, we provide the E&O insurance.  If there ever is an issue that you are required to use the insurance, you will be responsible for the deductible.

Yes, if you refer a buyer or seller to the broker, you will receive a 35% referral fee upon the successful closing of the buyer or seller you referred.

Yes, we can definitely refer you to our preferred vendors.  All marketing materials will be something that you need to purchase.  We have discounts with our preferred vendors so there is a cost savings to you.  However, you may also choose your own vendors for these items, so long as they adhere to NRED’s advertising requirements.

Excel Real Estate Consultants is the perfect brokerage for you! As long as you are not breaking any Nevada real estate laws of any kind, we may only hear from you when you have a closing.  That is just fine with us!

Our broker is always available for any questions, concerns or advice that you may have.  Even if you want to bounce an idea off him, he is happy to help!

Occasionally we will but this should not be something to base your business around.  Since we are a 100% commission brokerage, you are in charge of generating your own lead sources.  However, we can recommend lead sources that have been successful for other agents!

Our office will do everything we can to ensure you get paid within a day or two of closing.  This all depends on how soon you get your closing paperwork to our office. We require to have all paperwork in 5 days prior to closing, in order to get the Commission Disbursement Agreement to the title company.

We have a partner company, Excel Financial Consultants that offers all of our agents bookkeeping services.  Since you run your own business, you will need proper accounting.  Starting at only $250 per month, Excel Financial Consultants will manage your books for you, so you have the proper accounting needed for your taxes at the end of the year.  In addition, if you want to set up an LLC for your new business, they charge a flat fee of only $750.
